How do I place an order?
Easy! Just browse our selection, choose your product, and use the online customiser tool to add your logo and see how your merch will look. If you're looking for something more bespoke, you can contact us and we can work with you to create something totally unique.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes — but we keep it low. All of our products start at just 24 units, so we’re as accessible to indie brands as we are to global giants.
Can I order just a few items to start?
Absolutely. We're designed for flexibility, so you can test the waters without diving into a huge order. You have the option to purchase a blank or branded product sample so you can see the product in real life before commiting to a full order.
What if I don’t know what I want yet?
No problem! Browse our products or send us a vibe, a theme, or even just your logo — we’ll suggest products, pairings, and branding that’ll hit the mark.
Can I order samples first?
Yes! All of our products are sample-ready with quick turnarounds. It’s a great way to test look, feel, and customisation before a full run. You can choose a blank or branded sample so you can get a great feel for the finished article before ordering.
Branding & Customisation
What branding options do you offer?
We currently offer laser engraving or full colour digital/UV printing. This means we can customise a great range of materials, including metal, wood, plastic, glass and fabric.
Do you help with artwork or logo setup?
Our online customiser lets you upload your artwork and place it exactly where you want it on your chosen product. If you're unsure what artwork to us - or you need help creating something new - we offer a tailored design service too.

Will I get a proof before production?
Yes - and we make it easy.
When you use our online customiser, you'll see a live visual of your branded product - this acts as an initial proof when placing your order. After checkout, our team will send you a final production proof with exact dimensions for your approval before we begin production
Do you offer sustainable or eco-friendly merch?
We do. From recycled materials to reusable items with low environmental impact, we’ve got eco-conscious options to match your mission.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes — we offer Pantone colour matching for printing, so your branding stays bang-on. Just send over your Pantone references and we’ll get as close to perfection as materials allow. We’re all about colour confidence.
Which file formats do you accept for artwork?
To make sure your merch looks as sharp as possible, we only accept high resolution vector files in these formats: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf. These formats keep your logo clean, crisp and ready for flawless printing or engraving.
Orders & Pricing
Do you charge setup fees?
Nope! We don’t believe in charging you for the privilege of working with us. Zero setup fees, always.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, and customisation type. The more you order, the better the unit price — simple as that.
Do you offer tiered pricing?
Yes — and it’s built into our prices online. You'll be able to see the unit pricing on each product page as you choose your quantity.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Definitely. Just tell us your goals and budget, and we’ll tailor a solution to fit — no compromises on style or quality.
Shipping & Fulfilment
How fast can you deliver?
We move fast. Our standard turnaround is 5-7 working days from artwork sign off. We also offer express services for rush orders and these options will be available at check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we work with global clients and ship worldwide. Let us know where it’s going and we’ll handle the logistics.
Can you ship directly to individuals?
We sure can. Whether it’s a team, client list, or remote workforce, we’ll kit and ship straight to each recipient.
Can I split my shipment across locations?
Yes — just give us the breakdown and we’ll take care of distribution across offices, events, or people.
